Read the courage to be me. It’s a fabulous and free resource which is educational, supportive and spot on.
I don’t usually like cartoons because I find them hard to follow with all the words always in different places and in different fonts competing with pictures.
This book is direct and easy to read. The images are emotional and as effective as the words.
Another great resource for and by survivors of sexual abuse is Pandora’s Project. Here’s the Facebook link to them.
