The page looks like this:
I’ve done guided imagery when anxious, sleepless, or to boost my immune system. I’ve used it before and after surgery and daily every since I started chemotherapy late last summer. It helps me manage aches and pains and bone-crushing fatigue – which is a side effect (with anemia) of the maintenance treatment I’m on. And no matter how I feel when I start I always feel better when I’m done. While it doesn’t cure everything it always connects me to my center and my breath and my more hopeful side.
Maybe it will be helpful for you and ease some stress?
Note: You might resonate with one track more than another. You might like the word choice, vibe, tone of voice, or music more (or less) in one than another (so try several). There are a few that are great to do with kids, as well. And if it’s not for you, it’s o.k. It’s just a tool. Feel free to share the link with anyone you know who might benefit.
Thank you so much for the support and caring. I appreciate it and you!
Warmly,
Cissy
