ACE Study & Test PowerPoint Note & THANK YOU

What a wonderful event at Mobius sharing research, art & conversation about the ACE study & test

I’m so grateful to Dr. Vince Felitti, Rick Hanson, Sebern Fisher, Carol Redding & Michele Rosenthal who are all thought & heart leaders. As promised, the information will be shared but it won’t be as one huge PowerPoint but in pieces.

If you came to the event and write to me I’ll get you a hard copy of the PowerPoint. It’s just too large to share here. Email me at: [email protected]

In the mean time, I MUST say THANK YOU MARGARET BELLAFIORE. You are a wonderful, passionate, curious, fabulous to work with artistic and open-hearted! You are intelligent, caring, artistic and innovative. You are also punctual, determined, responsible and a joy to work with – even during this record-breaking winter! THANK YOU!!!! I’m grateful for our collaboration.

It helped me be braver than usual too and I can’t thank you enough for that too!

It helped expand me. As I wrote on my Facebook Heal Write Now page and my personal page:

I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT!!!!

Despite nerves and fear and worrying that I’d drool on myself or forget how to make letters form words – I DID it!

Even though I wanted to take shots of whiskey and worry that I’d pass out – I DID IT!

That quote: “It’s never too late to be who you might have been” by George Eliot has been a favorite for decades.

The next fear, challenge and adventure will be less hard, more welcome and even a little exciting because of this.

I feel like Wonder Woman for trying on the brave suit (I even wore thick bracelets to channel that energy).

My friend and collaborator and neighbor Margaret Bellafiore took a few photos so I’m pleased to have proof of this dragon slaying day.

Dear World: I’m not waiting at the door hoping to be invited or allowed in. I’m stepping myself through and in. And I’ll be polite and curious and stay open.

The 40’s ROCK!

And so do my friends who said: “BE AWESOME,” “Be brave. Be yourself. You got this.”

Because they are right. And WE CAN ALL BE AWESOME and BE OURSELVES AND HAVE THINGS TO SHARE.

WE EACH AND ALL ROCK!!!

Sometimes we forget.

I had lots of support (Thank you!!!!) in the form of love and practical tips (THANK YOU AGAIN!). Both helped! Sometimes we forget that too. We don’t have to do it whatever “it” is alone or perfect.

Margaret Bellafiore is curious, energetic, responsible and knows how to get stuff done and OUT in the world. Stuff like me.

My daughter has to do two presentations a year. What a great life skill to have. I practiced in front of her for a change. Nothing like a tween to tell you how you really are and not what will make you feel good. “Mom, that was a lot of “ums” at the beginning.” She was right!

I’m glad to be learning and willing to suck – so I can learn more – in the now.

I know the material. I just have to get comfortable sharing, expressing and inviting others INTO it as well.

It’s not too late!Ace love
